Upsc is the highest constitutional body in India who selects the young officers for serving nation. 

Upsc is the Institute who conducts examination for the purpose once in a year. 

Officers for various department are selected by upsc. Some of them are IAS, IPS, IFS. 

IAS it means indian administrative service. 

IAS is the highest officer in country. Who serve post like collector, secretary in the various govermental levals. 

IPS is the second service allotted by UPSC uder IPS functioning of police department is controlled. 

Apart from these one of the most favourite service is IFS it means indian foreign Service. The selected candidates from these service works in various other countries accross the world as representative of India.
